(OTCBB:ADEO), a leading manufacturer of robotic systems, motion control and machine vision technology, will be showcasing the first member of their newly announced family of Adept iSight(TM) vision guidance products at the Vision Show West which opens today in San Jose, California. The Adept iSight product family integrates PC-based vision with Adept's robotic and motion control products. Designed to work with the Adept Cobra(TM) i-series SCARA robots, Adept iSight enables the development and use of vision location, guidance and inspection applications to be simpler, faster and more powerful. This new vision system will be showcased at the company's booth #505 in San Jose.

The Adept iSight solution is the result of the seamless integration of Adept HexSight(TM) PC-based vision in the Adept DeskTop development environment with the Adept Cobra i-series, the first robot to embed all controls and I/O in its base. The vision technology is based on the HexSight Locator, the industrial robot market's fastest and most reliable object location tool featuring multi-model and built-in calibration support. The resulting integration of these proven technologies on a open PC system will allow customers to quickly develop, test and launch vision guidance applications without the need for complex development tools, training and support.
