:ADEO ADEO Air Defense Engagement Operations (US Army) ), a leading manufacturer of robotic systems, motion control and machine vision technology, unveiled Adept iSight, the first member of a new product family integrating PC-based vision with Adept's robotic and motion control products. Adept iSight is designed to work seamlessly with the Adept Cobra i-series SCARA robots, making the development and use of vision location, guidance and inspection applications simpler, faster, and more powerful. Additional products will be rolled out over time that will work with other Adept robots and controllers.

Adept iSight is the result of the tight integration of Adept HexSight PC-Based vision with the Adept Cobra i-series, the first robot to embed all controls and I/O (Input/Output) The transfer of data between the CPU and a peripheral device.
