). The purchase price is $2.0 million.

US Processing is a provider of cost-effective transaction processing services primarily to small and medium sized financial institutions. USPI services include single-point settlement and monitoring of an institution's automated teller machines (ATMs), authorization of transactions, network access and card management. The company also delivers implementation and support services, including project and account management, 24 hours a day. USPI uses Tandem NonStop Himalayas in addition to IBM mainframe technology.
