Agreement With ThunderBID.com Adds Seasoned Professionals

and Produces New Auction Slate

Aden Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB: ADEN ) announced that its subsidiary, Leftbid.com, Inc. has entered into a joint venture and letter of intent to acquire the Richmond, Virginia Internet auction company, ThunderBID.com (Paradigm Online, LLC).

ThunderBID.com, was formed by auction companies and professionals to bring the community of professional auctioneers and their auctions to the Internet. These auctioneers typically offer different sales featuring antiques, estates, construction and industrial equipment and real estate. ThunderBID spent the last two years working with traditional auction companies from across North America and operated Internet auctions during 2000. This year ThunderBID was unable to obtain more capital and ceased conducting Internet auctions.

Under the joint venture agreement, Leftbid.com and ThunderBID.com will collaborate to broadcast live traditional auctions over the Internet from the Leftbid.com site. The first such auction, broadcast yesterday from Richmond, Virginia, featured metalworking fabrication equipment. The auction was held by MACI Auctioneers International, a division of Motley's Auctions, Inc.

Mike Luther, CEO of Leftbid indicated "This relationship provides Leftbid with access to a number of Internet-savvy auction houses that can benefit from our Internet auction technology and services. The more auction houses that become Internet enabled should lead to an economy of scale and lower costs. It was our initial equipment auction with ThunderBID and we sold one item for $6,000. Our advertising for the sale was limited to a printed flier that was mailed to MACI customers. On March 7, 2001, the two organizations will collaborate to broadcast a 2-day auction event for Sanford Alderfer Auction Company from Hatfield, Pennsylvania. The auction will feature over 1,000 decorative arts objects such as fine jewelry, silver, porcelain, Orientalia, Staffordshire, baskets, seagreaves pottery, mochaware, folk art, textiles, sculpture, art pottery, quality furniture, carpets, flags, autographs, maps, autographs and fine art.

The acquisition of ThunderBID.com is subject to due diligence and negotiation of a definitive acquisition agreement. With this acquisition, Leftbid solidifies its position as the leading online portal for real-time interactive auctions where Internet bidders compete equally with on-site bidders. ThunderBID, with its 285 auctioneer members allows Leftbid to expand its geographic and product base throughout North America. During this period, Leftbid has broadcast live auctions of fine art, collectibles, collector automobiles and industrial equipment. During the next month Leftbid will broadcast auctions for Freeman's in Philadelphia, which is America's oldest auction house; RM Auctions, the leader of catalog auctions of high end classic cars; J.Woods and Company, who is putting on the nations largest auction of vintage motorcycle auctions; and several major industrial auction companies.
