Adelphia Signs Enterprise License to Deploy Everstream's Operational Intelligence Solution.

Everstream, Inc., a leader in enterprise software for the on-demand television industry, announced today that Adelphia Communications has agreed to deploy version 3.0 of Everstream's Operational Intelligence (Oi) data warehouse and analytics system in all its video on demand (VOD See video-on-demand.

Adelphia has already deployed Oi within its Los Angeles Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850.  and Cleveland cable markets. Adelphia has been using Everstream's software since November 2003 in order to measure key performance indicators Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are financial and non-financial metrics used to quantify objectives to reflect strategic performance of an organization. KPIs are used in Business Intelligence to assess the present state of the business and to prescribe a course of action.  and assess enterprise readiness during the launch of its VOD services.

Everstream's S4 Oi provides product marketing teams and senior engineering leaders with crucial insight into service performance and subscriber experience with actionable feedback for digital services such as video on demand.
