The Cable Conventions 2000 programming will feature a daily preview hosted by well-known political talk show moderators Bill Rosendahl Bill Rosendahl is a Los Angeles City Councilman, representing Council District 11, including the communities of Brentwood, Del Rey, Mar Vista, Marina del Rey, Pacific Palisades, Palms, Playa del Rey, Playa Vista, Venice, West Los Angeles and Westchester.  of Adelphia and Perry Parks of AT&T, followed by live coverage from the convention floor at the Staples Center.

Through this unique programming, cable viewers will have the opportunity to take a closer behind-the-scenes look at many events that only local origination coverage can provide, such as the Shadow Convention and the Homeless Convention among others.

The Cable Conventions 2000 programming is the result of a unique partnership between Adelphia Communications, AT&T, the California Channel and cable providers across the nation. Coverage will be broadcast nationwide as a public service effort to better educate the American public and its voters, and allow them to develop a greater appreciation of how our country's democracy works.
