A seasoned veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Polsinelli has sold in excess of $2 billion worth of property during her illustrious career. Last year her deals included the $43 million sale of The Children's Wear Building on West 33rd Street; the $27 million sale of 415 Eighth Avenue and the $32 million sale of 164 West 75th Street. She has sold the State Tower office in Syracuse twice, the former Chemist Club, which is now the $90 million Dylan Hotel on 41st Street (which she also sold twice). She is credited with a $200 million hotel development on Broadway in midtown and the sale of the famed Knitting Factory Building in Tribeca. Her most cherished accomplishment was the purchase of the land for her co-op, a former leasehold building at 2 Fifth Avenue, for $30 million. Her expertise in development and value-added approach to traditional investment has helped Polsinelli master the art of building lucrative portfolios for her clients. In addition to creating valuable components to the city's infrastructure, she has also brought relief to tenants by finding sympathetic ownership where needed.
