The Board of Directors of Adecco S Adecco S.A. is the largest human resources company in the world, based in Glattbrugg, Switzerland. The company was formed in 1996 as a result of the merger of the French company Ecco and the Swiss Adia Interim, and currently has over 6600 offices in over 75 countries worldwide. .A. today announces that the Company has reached agreement with its lenders on the terms of its Syndicated Loan Syndicated Loan

A very large loan in which a group of banks work together to provide funds for one borrower. There is usually one lead bank that takes a small percentage of the loan and syndicates the rest to other banks.

As previously announced, publication of the audited 2003 results is dependent upon the completion of certain aspects of the independent review by Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton and Garrison and continuing audit work by Ernst & Young.
