Adecco Strengthens Its Organization by the Appointment of Three New Presidents and Two Additions to the Board.

        Jerome Caille becomes President of the Adecco Brand business
        worldwide. Mr Caille has been working with Adecco for 10
        years. He started in Spain as a regional manager and moved on
        to develop the company's Italian business, which today is the
        fourth largest in size and profitability within the Adecco
        brand.

        Patrick de Maeseneire becomes President of Professional
        Staffing and Managed Services. Mr de Maeseneire successfully
        developed the Adecco Benelux business and has worked for
        Adecco for three years.

        Bernard Morel becomes President of Career Services, including
        e-recruitment, Executive Search, Outplacement and related
        services. Bernard established IdealJob in Switzerland as an
        e-recruitment business. He also successfully led our North
        European operations. Mr Morel has worked for Adecco for 14
        years.

        Felix Weber CFO will, in addition to his present duties, lead
        various strategic initiatives.
