Adecco SA Announces Successful Completion of Consent Solicitation of Its Subsidiary ADO Staffing, Inc., formerly Known as Olsten Corporation.

May 25, 2000-Adecco SA today announced that its subsidiary ADO Staffing, Inc., formerly known as Olsten Corporation, has successfully concluded the consent solicitation Consent Solicitation

A solicitation by one party to the stakeholders of a particular security for the consent of a material change.

Notes:
Should the majority of stakeholders provide valid consent prior to the consent expiry date, the issuer may then follow through with
 that it commenced on May 10, 2000. Adecco acquired the staffing and IT business of the former Olsten Corporation in a merger concluded in March 2000.

The purpose of the consent solicitation was to effect certain amendments to the Indenture governing ADO Staffing, Inc.s $200 million principal amount of 7% Senior Notes due 2006 (CUSIP number CUSIP Number

An identification number assigned to all stocks and registered bonds. The Committee on Uniform Securities Identification Procedures (CUSIP) oversees the entire CUSIP system.

This system is used in the U.S. and Canada.
