The Board of Directors of Adecco S Adecco S.A. is the largest human resources company in the world, based in Glattbrugg, Switzerland. The company was formed in 1996 as a result of the merger of the French company Ecco and the Swiss Adia Interim, and currently has over 6600 offices in over 75 countries worldwide. .A. today issued the following statement:

a majority of independent directors be elected at the next

General Meeting of Shareholders.

meeting of Shareholders, the re-election of Philippe

Foriel-Destezet and the election of Klaus J. Jacobs to the
