Adecco Appoints Bernadette Kenny as Chief Career Officer.


Kenny will counsel companies, job seekers and Adecco employees on workforce trends and career development

: ADO), the world leader in workforce solutions, announced today that Human Resource Senior Vice President, Bernadette Kenny, has been selected to serve in the newly formed position of Chief Career Officer of Adecco North America North America, third largest continent (1990 est. pop. 365,000,000), c.9,400,000 sq mi (24,346,000 sq km), the northern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere. . The first-ever role highlights Adecco's commitment to the management of people's careers and the counseling of companies on innovative human capital strategies and best practices.

As Chief Career Officer Kenny will help Adecco - one of the nation's largest employers - establish even stronger connections with the thousands of employees and job seekers it works with each day. With the shifting demographic trends and changing labor market labor market A place where labor is exchanged for wages; an LM is defined by geography, education and technical expertise, occupation, licensure or certification requirements, and job experience  she will be a key resource in coaching organizations on how to manage the careers of their most prized assets - their employees. Her insights and perspectives will help the American public better analyze the latest workforce trends that are impacting the job market today and in the coming years.

Her Chief Career Officer role also includes new responsibilities, such as:

* Serving as U.S. director of strategy for the Adecco Institute, working on the U.S. arm of global workforce studies

* Acting as senior advisor In some countries, a Senior Advisor is an appointed position by the Head of State to advise on the highest levels of national and government policy. Sometimes a junior position to this is called a National Policy Advisor.  on Adecco's diversity initiatives

* Partnering with Adecco's lead officers in learning, training and talent

* Directing Adecco University and its development of a web-based leadership program

Kenny has been with Adecco for nearly 25 years serving a variety of functions, including chief global sales and marketing officer of Adecco's Human Capital Solutions brand Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH LHH League for the Hard of Hearing
