Adecco Acquires Sherman License Office of Olsten Staffing Services.

Adecco, the nation's--and the world's--leader in staffing services today announced that it has acquired the license office of Olsten Staffing Services on 115 West Lamberth Road in Sherman. The office, which specializes in filling temporary clerical positions, began operating as Adecco on November 1, establishing a base from which to serve the area's businesses.

In August 1999, Olsten Corporation announced it had agreed to merge its staffing and information technology services businesses with Adecco, and the transaction was completed on March 15, 2000. The acquisition of Olsten's Sherman license office is part of Adecco's continuing campaign to broaden its presence and increase depth of service coverage for business and industry in Texas.
