Addressing structural impediments.

Kirsten Carey in her letter in last month's issue "Practice nurse does not need liberating" (p4) is quite correct in advising that practice nurses are professionals who endeavour to work alongside GPs to deliver "best practice" care and who are providing, in ever increasing numbers, care at an advanced level.

On the West Coast, this is certainly the case where practice nurses, with the support of the West Coast Primary Health Organisation Primary Health Organisations (PHOs), in New Zealand, are a collection of health providers, which are funded on a capitation basis by the New Zealand Government via its District Health Board. , the West Coast District Health Board (DHB DHB District Health Board (New Zealand)
DHB Deutscher Handball Bund (German)
DHB Deutschen Hausfrauen-Bundes (Darmstadt)
DHB DHB Capital Group, Inc.
) and their GP colleagues, are continually challenging the boundaries of their former practice.

However, Ministry of Health chief nursing adviser Mark Jones is also correct in observing that historical and structural factors in the primary health sector have served to frustrate the potential of practice nurses within the primary health team. To suggest, as Jeannette Banks does in her letter in the same issue ("Mark Jones should apologise to nurses") that Jones is out to subtly erode Erode (ĕrōd`), city (1991 urban agglomeration pop. 361,755), Tamil Nadu state, S India, on the Kaveri River. The city is located in a cotton-growing region, and its industries include cotton ginning and the manufacture of transport equipment.  the relationship between GPs is unfortunate. Jones acknowledges things are changing, but we art know things need to change "Things Need To Change" is a future release by the rapper Eminem, was expected to be released in 2006 as a single. It is from the upcoming mixtape, The Re-Up, which is also to be released in late 2006. It is widely expected to feature Bizarre from D12.  quite a bit more before we can hold our hands on our hearts and say that Jeannette Banks and Kirsten Carey's experiences are universal.

Let's cease the indignation about what, incidentally, was an informal comment, and start providing Jones with the information he needs to work with the Ministry and the primary health sector to address the historical and structural impediments IMPEDIMENTS, contracts. Legal objections to the making of a contract. Impediments which relate to the person are those of minority, want of reason, coverture, and the like; they are sometimes called disabilities.
