Addmaster Offers $100 Trade-In Rebate On IJ6000 Printer.

Business Editors & Technical Writers

NEW ORLEANS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 28, 2000

Company allows customers to trade in old impact printers for IJ6000

Addmaster Corp., a worldwide manufacturer of inkjet receipt and validation printers for the financial industry, announced a $100 rebate toward the purchase of Addmaster's new IJ6000 printer.

In order to take advantage of the offer, customers who purchase an IJ6000 will need to send their current impact dot-matrix receipt printers to the company before April 30, 2001. A rebate will be received within 30 days.

The company believes that financial institutions will be attracted to the new product because of its superior output. Addmaster's IJ6000 uses Hewlett-Packard's new C6602A print cartridge which eliminates faded receipts, makes the printer faster and more efficient and improves optical density. Additionally, the printer boasts the smallest footprint in the industry at only 6.5" wide and lowers consumable costs consumable cost Administration Those necessary expenses borne by the lab or other hospital service which includes reagents, disposables, and other supplies, as well as maintenance and lease contracts. Hugh Clary clary: see sage. , vice president of Addmaster said, "This program was developed in an effort to show our current customers and future prospects that the IJ6000 is the best receipt printer of its kind on the market. We want financial institutions to trade-in their impact printers for our faster, quieter, more reliable inkjet solution. One hundred dollars is a substantial incentive for a product of this kind and will put the IJ6000 on the fast track toward revolutionizing the way banks issue receipts."
