Additions To MRxonline Executive Staff Prepare Company For Rapid Growth.

MRxonline has expanded its management team in preparation for rapid growth.

MRxonline, a web-native application service provider of physician practice management systems, based in Kennesaw, GA, announced today that it has added three healthcare executives to its management team. "Since announcing the launch of our MedbillRx practice management system in December, we have finalized several partnerships with physician organizations and medical billing companies," said Chairman and CEO, B.P. Fulmer. "These additions to our executive staff are key to achieving the company's market potential."

James Price has been appointed President of the company. He joins the company from KPMG Consulting where he focused on developing eHealth strategies for several well-known health systems. Prior to KPMG, Mr. Price held several hospital-based executive positions, including Executive Director of a 95-physician primary care network and of a physician-hospital organization for 400 physicians and a network of hospitals that managed global capitation. Mr. Price has also been a consultant with McKinsey & Company.

Michael Hoskins has been appointed CFO. Previously with Royal Care, Inc., Mr. Hoskins is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with over six years of long-term care management and financial management experience and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Hoskins' experience also includes work with two regional public accounting firms.

Gordon Jones has been appointed Vice President, Business Development. Formerly with Med On Web, Inc, Mr. Jones has been affiliated with several startup health information technology businesses including serving as the Senior Executive for Internet Business Development with NDCHealth (formerly National Data Corporation). He was also Regional Director of the southeast for FPA Medical Management. Mr. Jones is a Certified Professional with the Academy of Healthcare Management.
