Adding clout to Trout processing capacity, Dawnfresh Seafoods runs with four lines.


Dawnfresh Seafoods has revamped its 12 [pounds sterling] million processing center in Uddingston, Lanarkshire, England. Four new trout trout: see salmon.

Any of several prized game and food fishes of the family Salmonidae, native to the Northern Hemisphere but widely introduced elsewhere. Though most species inhabit cool fresh waters, a few (called sea trout; e.g.
 processing lines were added to the one that already existed, at a cost of more than 1 million [pounds sterling].

The additional processing lines were transferred from the former Scot Trout site in nearby Motherwell, following the acquisition by Dawnfresh of that company, together with RR Spink in Arbroath and Daniel's (marinated products) in Grantown on Spey Spey (spā), river, c.105 mi (170 km) long, rising in the Mondhliath Mts., NE Scotland, and flowing generally NE through the Moray Firth to the North Sea. The river is rapid and unnavigable. There are important salmon fisheries on the lower Spey. .

. While the trout processing unit was being developed, the scampi peeling and breading operation was moved and revamped to enable further development of coating operations beyond scampi (Nephrops Norvegicus) and its growing range of fish cakes.
