Adayana, Inc. Names Mike Jackson New Chief Executive Officer.

Founder of ABG, Acquired by Adayana in 2005, Takes Leadership of the Growing Global Performance Solutions Company

MINNEAPOLIS -- The Board of Directors of Adayana, a global performance-solutions company based in Minneapolis, Minn., has named Mike Jackson President and Chief Executive Officer. Jackson is the founder and head of Indianapolis-based ABG, Inc., which was acquired by Adayana in 2005. He succeeds Adayana founder Rajiv Tandon as Chief Executive. Tandon remains Chairman of the Board and head of Adayana Learning Services, an Adayana subsidiary based in India.

"In establishing ABG as a leading performance-solutions company for market leaders in the agriculture, food and life sciences markets, Mike has demonstrated that he has the vision and drive to lead the successful transformation and growth of Adayana into a premier performance-solutions company across a broad range of global vertical markets," said Tandon.

Jackson is an Agricultural Economics graduate of Purdue University. A highly regarded consultant and business strategist, he has delivered hundreds of presentations and keynote addresses to domestic and international audiences. He serves on the Board and Audit Committee of Terra Nitrogen Company, the Board and Audit Committee of Renewable Energy Group, Inc., the Board of Adayana and is a member of many industry and trade associations.

Prior to his new role, Jackson served as the Chief Operating Officer of Adayana. In this role, he directed all global commercial activities in the agriculture, food, life sciences and US government markets. Jackson's appointment as President and CEO follows Adayana's successful acquisition last month of VERTEX Solutions, a learning-services consulting firm in Falls Church, Virginia.

"The opportunity to lead Adayana in this next phase of its journey is a privilege," Jackson said. "The Adayana business model combines acquisition with organic growth, which allows us to penetrate new vertical markets while expanding the areas of expertise we offer new and existing clients. It has fueled significant growth for the company and enhanced results for clients."

With more than 250 employees in six locations in the U.S. and India, Adayana currently serves clients in three vertical markets - the Federal government sector through VERTEX; agriculture, food, life sciences and non-profit sectors through ABG, and the automotive aftermarket through Adayana Automotive. Adayana's comprehensive performance improvement services include technology enabled learning, enterprise effectiveness solutions, technology integration and managed learning services.
