Ursus' Click4Service(TM) Solution Enhances Adatom's B2B and

B2C Domestic and International Customer Experience

Adatom.com (Nasdaq:ADTM), an Internet superstore and global electronic marketplace enabler, today announced it has executed an agreement with Ursus Telecom Corporation (Nasdaq:UTCC) to utilize Ursus' Click4Service(TM) technology on its e-commerce site for improving its customers' experiences and providing seamless connections to Adatom's customer service specialists.

Click4Service(TM) features a button that, when clicked, directly connects Web site visitors to their e-commerce site's customer service department. To complement the obvious customer convenience, each button was created to eliminate lengthy auto attendant navigation and to provide customers with the fastest and easiest access to checking on an order, attaining technical support, making credit card payments or receiving other assistance. Customers are given the option when using Click4Service(TM) to utilize their PC microphone to connect directly to Customer Service (PC to Phone) or to enter their telephone number, resulting in an immediate call back (Phone to Phone).
