Adare Lexicon Selects Docucorp CCM Solution.

DALLAS & LONDON -- Docucorp International(R) (Nasdaq:DOCC), a leading provider of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions, announced today that it signed an enterprise-wide software licensing agreement with Adare Lexicon, part of Adare Group. As part of the agreement, Adare Lexicon will serve as Docucorp's preferred outsourced print and fulfillment partner for the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Adare Lexicon will use Docucorp's state-of-the-art technology to automate the design, production, management and delivery of its clients' essential customer communications, including invoices, statements and bills. Additionally, the technology will enable the creation of an enterprise-wide repository for all incoming and outgoing communications, as well as facilitate Adare Lexicon's current e-services, which include Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP).
