Adaptive Path Selected to Merge PeopleSoft and J.D. Edwards Sites.

) announced today that it has selected Adaptive Path, the world's leading user experience firm, to develop and manage the merging of its public Web site with that of J.D. Edwards (J.D. Edwards & Company, Denver, CO, www.jdedwards.com) A developer of multinational, integrated enterprise software for distribution, finance, human resources, manufacturing and supply chain management.  & Co. ). PeopleSoft purchased the Denver software maker last month for $1.8 billion in cash and stock.

 several of the company's existing sites, developing a cohesive user experience throughout. Adaptive Path then provided content strategy and information architecture for integration of 18 additional PeopleSoft Web sites around the world.

Adaptive Path will immediately begin to integrate JDEdwards.com into the PeopleSoft.com site structure. Working with teams from both companies, Adaptive Path will formulate a set of shared objectives for a unified site strategy. That strategy, combined with Adaptive Path's research and expertise on enterprise software customers, will guide the creation of an integrated site structure to support the business goals of the newly merged companies.
