Adaptive InfoSystems signs purchase agreement to provide AlliedSignal with enterprise imaging.

, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 10, 1996--Adaptive Information Systems Inc. Monday announced the signing of a purchase agreement with AlliedSignal Inc., a $14 billion advanced technology and manufacturing company with headquarters in Morris Township There are several places named Morris Township in the United States:

Under terms of the agreement, Adaptive Information Systems will provide enterprisewide imaging and workflow software systems, system hardware components and support services support services Psychology Non-health care-related ancillary services–eg, transportation, financial aid, support groups, homemaker services, respite services, and other services  to AlliedSignal's 15 major business units worldwide.
