Gina V. Lapidus is director of worldwide sales operations, Marc Lowe is director of host adapter marketing, and Faye Pairman is director of worldwide channel marketing.

Gina V. Gloski is Adaptec's director of manufacturing operations responsible for domestic operations including integrated circuit wafer sort and final test, prototype manufacturing, quality assurance, test/manufacturing engineering, global capacity planning for integrated circuit (IC) testing, and production release processes. She joined Adaptec in February 1992 as a manufacturing manager. Gloski came to Adaptec from LSI LSI: see integrated circuit.

Alexander L. Lapidus is director of worldwide sales operations at Adaptec. He is currently responsible for the company's technical support, inside sales, and sales information, analysis, and administration. Lapidus joined Adaptec in June 1993 as manager of sales systems and operations. Before joining Adaptec, he was with Librex Computer Systems as director of strategic marketing and sales operations. Prior to that, he held various marketing and management positions at Wyse Technology. Lapidus holds a BS in psychology and social relations from Harvard University.

Marc Lowe is Adaptec's director of host adapter marketing. He manages all aspects of marketing for the company's enterprise computing business unit. His responsibilities include product marketing, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) The rebranding of equipment and selling it. The term initially referred to the company that made the products (the "original" manufacturer), but eventually became widely used to refer to the organization that buys the products and  marketing, end user program marketing and applications engineering. Lowe joined Adaptec in August 1992 and has held various marketing management positions within the company. Before working at Adaptec, he was responsible for marketing the Vectra personal computer family at Hewlett-Packard Co. Faye Pairman is director of worldwide channel marketing at Adaptec. She is responsible for developing the worldwide distribution strategy and implementing channel programs for Adaptec products. Pairman came to Adaptec in August 1992 as a manager of North America channel marketing and became manager of worldwide channel marketing before becoming a director. She came to Adaptec from SuperMac Technology, where she was a marketing manager and director of channel marketing. Prior to that, she was with Eastman Kodak as a brand and product manager. Pairman has a BA from the University of the Pacific and an MBA from the Harvard Business School Harvard Business School, officially named the Harvard Business School: George F. Baker Foundation, and also known as HBS, is one of the graduate schools of Harvard University. .
