Adaptec Names F. Grant Saviers Chairman.


MILPITAS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 25, 1997--F. Grant Saviers, president and chief executive officer of Adaptec, Inc., has been named chairman of the board.

Saviers joined Adaptec as president and chief operating officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)
