Adaptec Completes Acquisition Of Incat Systems.


MILPITAS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 23, 1995--Adaptec announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Incat Systems Software USA, Inc. which was previously announced on July 26, 1995.
