Adams inks 2 fashion deals.


Adams & Co. Real Estate brokered two renewal leases on the Fashion District's renowned 39th Street: a four-year, 9,585 s/f renewal for Bluefly Inc. at 42 W. 39th St. and a three-year, 4,264 s/f renewal for Z. Cavaricci Inc. at 231 W. 39th St.

Bluefly, Inc. a high-end online retailer was represented by Howard Grufferman of Grubb and Ellis ELLIS - EuLisp LInda System. An object-oriented Linda system written for EuLisp. James Buslik of Adams & Co, represented both the tenant and landlord in the transaction. Asking rents were $45 per square foot.
