Mr. Logan most recently was Chief Financial Officer of Daisytek International, a global distributor of computer supplies and office products. Before joining Daisytek, he was Vice President, Finance and Planning for CompX International, Inc., a publicly traded, $210M manufacturer of precision ball bearing slides, ergonomic equipment and security locks, after holding senior financial and strategic management positions with several companies including Ameriserve and Frito-Lay, Inc. Mr. Logan holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University Northwestern University, mainly at Evanston, Ill.; coeducational; chartered 1851, opened 1855 by Methodists.
