In the seminar, Roy Adams and Ann Burns will explain how the economic environment affects the use of a variety of estate-planning techniques, including taxation, gifts, marital deductions, and credit for previously-taxed property.

Roy M. Adams and Ann B. Burns have presented numerous seminars on topics related to estate planning, trusts, estates, and taxation. Adams is senior chairman of the trusts and estates practice group at Sonnenschein Nath. He also is an adjunct professor of estate planning and taxation at Northwestern University School of Law The Northwestern University School of Law is a private American law school in Chicago, Illinois. The law school was founded in 1876 and is one of eleven academic entities at Northwestern University.
