* A five-year, 934 s/f lease at 1115 Broadway for Elope Inc. James Buslik represented both the tenant and the landlord in the transaction. Asking rents were $32 per square foot.

* A four-year, 1,311 s/f lease at 110 W. 40th St. for Connections Unlimited. David Levy and Michael Greenberg represented the tenant and landlord in the transaction. Asking rents were $40 per square foot.

* A two-year, 2,148 s/f lease at 231 W. 39th St. for Appareline Inc. Buslik represented both the tenant and landlord in the transaction. Asking rents were $35 per square foot.

* A five-year, 1,476 s/f lease at 1115 Broadway for Talbot Associates Inc. Buslik represented both the tenant and landlord in the transaction. Asking rents were $35 per square foot.

* A three-year, 750 s/f lease at 1400 Broadway for fashion company Rags Knitwear, Ltd. Brett Maslin represented the tenant while David Kahane of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the transaction. Asking rents were $43 per square foot.

* A seven-year, 4,250 s/f lease at 39 W. 37th St. for Chicktok LLC. Maslin represented the tenant while Alan Helman of Walter & Samuels Inc. represented the landlord in the transaction. Asking rents were $29 per square foot.
