Adams Adams, town (1990 pop. 9,445), Berkshire co., NW Mass., in the Berkshires, on the Hoosic River; inc. 1778. Its manufactures include chemicals, textiles, and paper products. The Berkshire region attracts tourists year-round.  & Co. Real Estate announced the following leases:

* A seven-year, 3,200 s/f lease at 11 Broadway for The Women's Center. Joseph Friedman of Adams & Co. represented the tenant, and Mendy Braun of Braun Management represented the landlord. Asking rents were $30 psf.

* A six-year, 7,000 s/f lease extension at 148 W. 37th St. for Corporate Coffee Systems. James Buslik of Adams & Co. represented the landlord in the transaction, and Murray Hill Murray Hill may refer to one of the following places:
  • Murray Hill, Kentucky
