The leases include a six-year, 2,686 s/f lease for Fundamental Advisors; an eight-year, 2,639 s/f lease for Ben Wachter Associates Inc; a five-year, 1,202 s/f lease for Defiance Defiance, city (1990 pop. 16,768), seat of Defiance co., NW Ohio, at the confluence of the Auglaize and Maumee rivers, in a farm area; settled 1790, inc. 1836. Its manufactures include machinery and food, fabricated-metal, and glass products. Gen.  U.S.A. Inc; a five-year, 497s/f lease for D.A. on Seventh Avenue; a five-year, 478 s/f lease for Janetco Inc; a five-year, 475 s/f lease for Continental Translation Service Inc; and a five-year, 420 s/f renewal for The Studio Group Inc.
