In an inverted head-and-shoulders formation, the neckline connects the two intermediate tops. that Oliensis has been discussing now since the beginning of the year. Within the current consolidation a break over S1, now at 1016, could project the index up to the blue highlighted band and the descending black trendline. There's loads of work to do for the S&P 500 Index (CIN: SPX). It held on to its S1 line and may be putting in an A,B,C bottom, where C is higher than A.
