, today announced that eight plywood mills have signed Adalis consulting agreements since January 2004. Leveraging a staff of former mill managers, production superintendents and quality control supervisors, Adalis is working with the mills to help streamline their production processes and improve financial performance.

One of the mills, McKenzie Forest Products, Springfield, Ore., began working with Adalis in January 2004. Formerly operated under different ownership, the mill's new management engaged Adalis to conduct a complete mill analysis.
