VANCOUVER, Wash. & MINNEAPOLIS -- Adalis Corp. and Packaging Solutions Group today announced that they have signed a definitive agreement for Adalis to acquire Packaging Solutions Group. Packaging Solutions Group is a packaging engineering and development firm that helps companies create a competitive advantage in the marketplace. The company will become a part of Adalis' packaging consulting business, which provides packaging consulting to Fortune 500 consumer and industrial product manufacturers in over 40 countries worldwide.

Adalis anticipates that the acquisition of Packaging Solutions Group will further strengthen its packaging consulting practice area. Providing packaging expertise for over 30 years, Adalis helps clients identify packaging improvement opportunities, and designs and implements solutions that enhance packaging performance, reduce costs and increase functionality.
