Adaboy Appoints Director of Management Technology.

With 17 years of international software development experience, Raj Mohan Panadiwal, Ph. D., has joined Adaboy, Inc. as director of management technology.

In this new position, Panadiwal will oversee implementation of formal software engineering procedures and development of new technology products and services that provide customer solutions for Adaboy, an Internet-based advertising network that places targeted messages within online games and other Web environments. One of his chief responsibilities will be to ensure that Adaboy's patented Targeted Message Technology(TM) (TMT) works over distributed platforms and multiple operating systems.

Panadiwal has worked for major corporations, governments and academic institutions around the world managing technology and people in the areas of real-time e-commerce systems, computer networks, distributed systems, cellular technologies, and software engineering. His career includes tenures at Motorola USA, where he was a member of the reference architecture team that unified multiple access technologies into a single platform for cellular products, and Motorola Australia, where he led Smart Card projects and consulted for the Software Engineering Technology Center.

Previously, he drove technology initiatives for the New Delhi-based National Informatics Centre, the largest information technology organization in India, and for the Indian Space Research Organization satellite center in Bangalore.

Panadiwal reports to Chief Technologist William Heckel III. "Dr. Panadiwal offers a terrific blend of technical experience and refined people management skills," said Heckel. Panadiwal earned his Ph.D. in distributed operating systems from Deakin University in Australia, where he also served as a lecturer in multimedia communications. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, the Association for Computing Machinery and the Australian Computer Society.
