AdWare Systems Announces Release of Order Valet; New Module Simplifies Media Buying and Selling Process.

Business Editors

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 12, 2002

ValueClick, Inc. (Nasdaq:VCLK VCLK Video Clock

), a leading provider of multi-channel media and technology solutions, today announced that its enterprise software subsidiary, AdWare Systems, Inc. has released Order Valet, a new module that is designed to drive efficiencies between local broadcast buyers and sellers.

Order Valet, a browser-based product, allows media buyers to send orders via email to local television and radio representatives. During negotiation, if the sellers accept the orders, the confirmations are returned to the AdWare business systems for activation, allowing for billing, tracking, and paying. If the orders are not accepted, the buyer is notified of the refusal with comments, which allows the buyer to respond with a revised order.

Automated tracking features allow for the buyer to easily monitor which orders have been sent, opened, accepted, refused, and which are pending review -- all using a standard web browser The program that serves as your front end to the Web on the Internet.
