AdMax Corp.

Beaudry Commercial, a division of Mont Enterprises, Inc. announced that AdMax Corp., a graphic design firm, has expanded its presence in Stamford by leasing the entire 7,500 square-foot first floor at 1055 Summer Street.

The five-year lease represents an expansion of almost triple the size of its former office which was located at 1707 Summer Street.

Robert Harris, vice president of Corporate Office Leasing for Beaudry Commercial represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

The landlord, Titan Sports, Inc., was represented by Gerard E. Lees, of Cushman & Wakefield of Connecticut. Terms were not disclosed.
