AdForce, Inc., a majority-owned operating company of CMGI, Inc., and a leading online provider of centralized, outsourced ad management and delivery services, today announced that it has signed an exclusive agreement to provide Internet advertising delivery services for Upseek.com, one of the Web's most comprehensive global job search engines.

Under the agreement, AdForce will be the sole provider of advertising management, auditing, and delivery services for Upseek.com, and will enable the delivery and targeting of a variety of advertising formats to Upseek's home site, including pop-up banners and superstitial and interstitial advertisements. Upseek.com incorporates job listings from the Internet's most popular job sites to create a one-stop source for employment listings from around the world.
