Under the terms of the agreement, AdForce is expected to serve over 100 million impressions per month to the Netwhirl network and work jointly with Netwhirl to meet the specific needs of customer advertising campaigns. Specifically, AdForce's services are expected to enhance the overall aggregated channel package for Netwhirl's online marketing clients.
