AdCritic.com, acquired earlier this year by Crain Communications Inc., announced today that it has entered an agreement with DVLABS to exclusively provide a complete video content delivery solution for the popular Web site.

Terms of the contract were not disclosed.

AdCritic.com was formerly a record-setting site available for free to the public and served popular television commercials as its content. The site is now a subscription-based news and information site targeted to professionals in the advertising business that track developments in TV commercials, the principal featured content of the site.

"DVLABS' proved to us that their track-record and reputation for best-of-class solutions were well deserved. They earned our business through a competitive evaluation - - and never rested on their laurels," said Tony Calianese, managing director of AdCritic.com. He added, "we're very pleased with DVLABS' performance, service and expertise."
