Tyco International Ltd. NYSE: TYC is a diversified manufacturing conglomerate incorporated in Bermuda, with United States operational headquarters in New Jersey.

An ad-hoc committee of unsecured noteholders of TYCO has been formed in response to the tender offer and consent solicitation Consent Solicitation

Should the majority of stakeholders provide valid consent prior to the consent expiry date, the issuer may then follow through with

Accordingly, the Ad-Hoc Committee has scheduled a call at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time on Thursday, May 3, 2007 (which will be in listen-only mode due to the large number of expected participants) in which all holders of notes issued under the 1998 Indenture and the 2003 Indenture are invited to participate.
