! Certainly you don't accept articles that oppose The Progressive's values, or even sympathetic ones that you think aren't up to your standards. When you justify running ads that clearly oppose these values and standards, it's not really a matter of "free speech," "hearing all points of view," or "exposing readers to any thoughts." We get plenty of the other points of view in the mainstream media. Your rationale sounds to me more like a self-deluding way of getting admittedly much-needed money for The Progressive. Please reconsider re·con·sid·er
