 McAdams, Inc., one of the nation's largest pharmaceutical advertising agencies, is moving its corporate headquarters to the entire fourth and fifth floors of 1740 Broadway in Manhattan, comprising nearly 63,000 square feet of space.

1740 Broadway, which is now 100 percent occupied is a 560,000-square-foot building owned by The Mendik Company and three investment groups that are advised by UBS UBS Union Bank of Switzerland
