Ad agency to merge with on-line information company.ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 9, 1996--Brian Creath & Partners Ltd., a St. Louis-based marketing and advertising agency, has announced that it will merge with HitCom Corp. Established in 1971 by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), NASDAQ is an automated quotation system that reports on Electronic Bulletin Board:HITT HITT Heparin-induced thrombocytopenia/thrombosis, see there ), an Internet Internet Publicly accessible computer network connecting many smaller networks from around the world. In 1994, after five years as the strategic and creative director of CreathJacobsen, he formed Brian Creath & Partners. The agency will continue to provide marketing, media and creative development to a number of clients, with a stronger emphasis on new technologies and information products.
