Acxiom Increases Quarterly Dividend.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- The Board of Directors of Acxiom([R]) Corporation (Nasdaq: ACXM) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of six cents per share, an increase of twenty percent from the previous dividend of five cents per share. The dividend is payable on December 4, 2006 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 13, 2006.

While Acxiom intends to pay regular quarterly dividends for the foreseeable future, all subsequent dividends will be reviewed quarterly and declared by the Board at its discretion.
