Acxiom Confirms Revenue, Earnings Guidance for Second Quarter; On Track for Fiscal Year Revenue, Earnings, Cash Flow Targets, Company Says.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 25, 2002

Acxiom(R) Corporation (Nasdaq:ACXM) today confirmed that it expects to achieve its revenue and earnings guidance for the second quarter of fiscal 2003 ending September 30, 2002, and reaffirmed its revenue, earnings per share and free cash flow guidance for fiscal 2003 ending April 30, 2003.

The Company confirmed it expects revenue of $234 million to $237 million and earnings per share of $.14 to $.16 in the second quarter and is on track to meet its guidance for fiscal 2003 revenue of $970 million, earnings per share of $.70 and free cash flow of $150 million.
