Acxiom Again Listed Among `100 Best Companies to Work For in America'; Fortune Magazine Recognizes Acxiom for Fifth Time.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 6, 2003

Acxiom(R) Corporation (Nasdaq:ACXM) again has been named one of Fortune magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For in America," the fifth time the company has received the honor in the last six years.

Acxiom Company Leader Charles D. Morgan said being named to the list is always a tremendous achievement, but even more so in the troubled economic climate of 2002.

"This award is always a tribute first and foremost to the associates who work at Acxiom," Morgan said. "It is their ideas, energy and commitment that consistently make Acxiom an exciting and rewarding place to work."
