: AYI) announced today the election of Wesley E. (Wes) Wittich as Senior Vice President, Audit and Risk Management, effective immediately. Wittich will serve on the Acuity Leadership Team and report to Vernon J. Nagel, currently Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Wittich will assume responsibility for internal and operational audit, risk management, and company-wide business policies and procedures Policies and Procedures are a set of documents that describe an organization's policies for operation and the procedures necessary to fulfill the policies.
