), the Information Delivery market leader, today announced that it will be holding a conference call to discuss its financial results for the first fiscal quarter of 2002.

The call will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2002, at 2:00 p.m. PDT (5:00 p.m. EDT). The call-in access number is 973/321-1020.

Actuate will issue its first quarter 2002 earnings release approximately one hour prior to the start of the conference call, at 1:00 p.m. PST (4:00 p.m. EST).

The conference call will be simultaneously broadcast live on the Internet at: http://www.corporate-ir.net/ireye/ir_site.zhtml?ticker=ACTU&script=2400

In order to access the broadcast, participants will need a multimedia computer with speakers and an installed RealPlayer plug-in. A pre-event system test is available at the above address.
