) senior vice president, finance and administration and chief financial officer has joined the company's board of directors.

"Dan Gaudreu brings over 25 years of high-tech financial expertise to our board," said Rey H. Bruce, founder and chairman of the board of directors of BiTMICRO NETWORKS. "He'll provide the guidance we need to keep our business financially robust as we grow with and in our industry," added Bruce.
